Senior Bank Employee Complained Waitresses’ Breasts Were too Small After Molesting 3 Waitresses in a Bar

It’s dire enough to take advantage of another person.

It’s even worse to degrade them while doing so.

And yet, it appears that the following individual has committed both grave offences:

A notion that has since led to a staggering 11 months’ imprisonment term for the former senior bank employee.

Senior Bank Employee Complained Waitresses Breasts Were too Small After Molesting 3 Waitresses in a Bar

According to Lianhe Zaobaothe incident took place on 12 December 2016, at a bar situated along Tanjong Pagar Road.

At 1:16 a.m., the defendant, who served as a senior employee at an International bank, molested a waitress by placing a hand on her thigh.

At 1:52 a.m., he poked another waitress’ chest, commenting that it was akin to “eating fish balls”.

And at 1:55 a.m., he molested the cleavage of the third waitress and gestured to a friend that she had a small chest.

When confronted, he alleged that it was a conspiracy against him as he ‘irritated’ their eyes.

He also stated that he had only made communication with the first waitress because the latter had knocked into him, in the process causing his glass to overturn.

Dismissed

These claims were later dismissed by the judge, owing to inconsistent CCTV footage.

For instance, there was no captured footage of a collision, despite the defendant’s claim.

The former bank employee was also shown reaching out to the chest of the third waitress, and making a degrading gesture thereafter.

These aspects, the judge indicated, served to invalidate the defendant’s claims.

In addition, the staff members were also unlikely to lie, considering how they were aware of the presence of a CCTV camera.

Sentencing

As a result of his actions, Huang Jinrong, 47, was slapped with four charges in total: three counts of indecent assault and one count of insulting a woman’s dignity.

He was originally sentenced in March 2019, but had chosen to appeal against the conviction and sentence.

The final verdict was given on 31 March 2021. Huang was ordered to serve in prison for 11 months. He would also have to pay a fine of S$5000.

When the sentence was delivered, Huang was reportedly calm. He then requested for a three-week deferment via his lawyer – which was granted by the judge.

Once the time period’s up, he would have to begin his prison sentence.

And so… moral of the story here?

Keep your hands and words to yourself.

As they say, “Treat other people how you want them to treat you.”

P.s. We wonder whether anyone will be making passing remarks about Huang’s “small fishballs” in prison.
