Black BMW with ‘P’ Plate Tried to Go Against Traffic in The Opposite Junction; No one was Hurt

The roads can be a dangerous place.

Accidents can happen if we’re not careful and we need to be alert at all times.

The tiniest things can lead to huge incidences after all.

Though, sometimes, people get lucky, really lucky and end up getting away unscathed physically.

Even though the internet will, of course, never let you live it down.

However, you quickly realise what the ‘close eyes and chiong ah’ caption was meant for.

The BMW is seen speeding into the opposing lane and almost getting into an accident with other oncoming vehicles.

Luckily, the driver seemed to realise this and quickly reverses out and back onto the right path.

The video was also accompanied by some…rather fitting music.

You’ll understand if you watch the video.

The post also noted that the BMW had a ‘P’ plate on it, indicating that the driver probably got their license recently.

No one was hurt in this incident, thankfully.

Netizens Had A Field Day

As mentioned this video has gone quite viral.

As of this writing, it has over 1,200 reactions, 265 comments and shared over 1,100 times.

And netizens had a lot to say about this incident.

The most common comments came from people who thought the driver should be punished or leaving a sarcastic comment behind.

However, there were those who pointed out that the driver was new and should take the chance to learn from their mistakes.

We can only imagine how shocked that bus driver near the car must’ve been.

Fatal Road Accident

While this particular incident didn’t result in an accident, counting on good fortune on the roads shouldn’t be your go-to.

Most cases don’t usually end well.

We recall that early last month, a fatal road accident occurred along the ECP at Rochor Road Exit where a motorcyclist hit a protective road divider while turning.

Sadly, the motorcyclist sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead by the SCDF paramedics.

Policemen blocked off the area for investigations, which took more than two and a half hours.

Be it crossing the roads or if you’re a driver/rider, always make sure it is safe and that you’re heading the correct way before proceeding.
