Burger King S’pore Will Be Giving Free Giant Crowns; People Who Wear Them Will Get 1-for-1 Deal

If you’ve downloaded our app and come in daily, you’d know that Burger King in Germany is giving out an overly wide crown that forces everyone to keep a safe distance between each other when dining in at Burger King restaurants in a funny yet creative away.

So you think this creative idea won’t make it to Singapore.

Because Burger King Singapore is doing the same thing, and even more.

Burger King Will Be Giving Free Giant Crowns in Singapore

As eateries open their doors to yao guis (hungry…humans) all over Singapore, Burger King is taking it to a whole new level.

The king is introducing giant social distancing crowns in select stores around Singapore, to remind its patrons to keep one metre apart when dining in.

You will be able to get your hands on these coveted crowns in-stores from 24 June 2020 (Wednesday), while stocks last.

Their marketing director said, “Our social distancing crown is purposefully designed to extend far enough off the wearer’s head to so that when two people wear it, they are one meter apart from each other at all times. But at the same time, it will not hinder the enjoyment of their Whopper meal.

Promotion for Crown Wearers

This crown isn’t just for Instagram. People who wear their social distancing crowns at any BURGER KING restaurants from 11am daily between 25 June – 4 July, will be eligible for a 1-for-1 WHOPPER deal.

But what if it’s already fully redeemed and you die die want the 1-for-1 deal?

Fret not; a do-it-yourself version, which can be made using recycled materials at home,  will also be available for download at www.burgerking.com.sg from 22 June 2020 (Monday).

Though that might not be Instagram-worthy enough.

In the meantime, please excuse me as I check whether McDonald’s coming out with large red wig and KFC with super long white moustache.
