As living beings, it’s undeniable that we have physiological needs and there are times where we need to answer the call of nature.
We joke about how swimming pools contain more than just chlorine, how a short bush is a convenient latrine while camping out in the wild, and we make a lot of piss-poor jokes about other things.
Unfortunately for this one man, he was caught on CCTV peeing into a drain after parking his car in JB.
The Netizens’ Response
Needless to say, most of the netizens were either understanding and ashamed.
One commenter wrote: “On behalf of Singapore, [we] sincerely apologise to Malaysian citizens, country head and chief.”
Another comment that attracted a few responses wrote, “Never been urgent before meh?”
Which caused a small argument to break out in the thread, where people stated that even if they were in urgent need, they could have looked for a toilet nearby or just somewhere else instead of a drain near a storefront because it was inappropriate.
Another commenter pointed out that Malaysia has no shortage of petrol stations, which would definitely have restrooms for the man to relieve himself.
Since the video is rather shameful, some people wondered if it was just a Malaysian or foreigner driving a Singapore-registered car.
It’s not impossible, but the snippets of conversation caught on tape sounded a bit too Singaporean in accent. Like, if you’re in the region, you just know it’s your countrymen and need to own up to the shame.
That didn’t stop people from disassociating themselves from the perpetrator though, as one comment read: “Think his actions don’t link with nationality. Is more like his upbringing. Guess [he’s] from an animal farm??”

Apart from the comments above, some were rather amazed by the clarity of the CCTV footage.
Evidently, technology has made great strides, since it captured the man’s playful movements and consequent spray rather… vividly?
There were quite a few derogatory comments about that, which is not PG13-friendly at all, but for a vague clue, they were mocking his odd movements and… size. Yup.
Let’s stop there before digressing too much.
Anywho, since his stunt has been viewed more than 239,000 times on Facebook, it’s safe to say that he’s marked the parking lot territory for his own.
Whether or not the storefront owners will press charges is a mystery but having to be the butt of the joke on the internet is punishment enough, I suppose.
