Famous Thai Milk Tea Brand Cha Tra Mue Opens At Paya Lebar Quarter To Huge Crowds On 1st Day

Lest you’re unaware, ChaTraMue, a popular store known for its Thai milk tea, opened its flagship store at Paya Lebar Quarter earlier today.

Touted to have over 20 drinks on their menu, the store also retails soft serve and DIY packets.

There’s also an outdoor seating area for customers to enjoy their drinks and soft-serve ice cream.

So well, naturally…

Everyone’s probably expecting a warm welcome for the flagship store’s opening.

But life, it seems, isn’t always predictable. Apparently, the flagship store of ChaTraMue opened its doors today, not to lukewarm applause…

But absolutely raucous reception, according to pictures taken by the folks at Singapore Atrium Sale.

Despite the current circumstances, the opening saw huge crowds gathered outside the premises.

Though to be fair, there was a host of promotional offers accompanying the store’s revelation.

And considering how kiasu Singaporeans generally are…

Such a scene isn’t exactly a surprise, really.
