Also, another catch is that you’ll have to make a reservation before you can enjoy it but hey, isn’t that better than blindly waiting and queueing without knowing when you’ll ever get a seat?
Also, the Sticky Bones will be available in 5 different sauces and will be served with french fries, mashed potato, coleslaw or garden salad. These 5 flavours include:
- Hicktory BBQ – Slow-cooked with hickory smoke, grilled & basted with Hickory BBQ sauce
- Kansas Sweet BBQ – Rich, dark & intense Kansas-style BBQ sauce
