If you’re actually reading this article instead of scrolling past it after reading the title and thinking you’ve gotten everything you can out of it, then congratulations.

Because if you’ve noticed, there is a catch to the deal.

Starbucks Card

You need to pay for it with your virtual Starbucks Card, which comes with the Starbucks Singapore app, which means you need to download it on your phone first before heading out (which you can do here).

People still new to this, here’s more information about the card:

You can pay directly with your phone by tapping “Pay” and scanning at the counter.
Reload your card quickly by choosing the value loaded and reload via the app
Purchases accumulate you Stars, then rewards (free drinks, discounts etc)
You’ll need to create a new account and be a member to do that
You can have multiple Starbucks Cards on one account and use any of them to earn Stars

Other Features

Though the card is basically the main feature of the app, downloading it will also keep you up to date on their latest promotions, let you easily browse their menu and find the outlets around Singapore.

So gather your pals (or not), download the app on one of your phones at least and indulge!
