Yes, I’m not kidding, it’s free. All you have to do is to bring your own bottle to the National Museum of Singapore at Stamford Road.

Held between 12 pm to 3 pm daily until 15 September, they will be giving our 200 cups of 500ml Gong Cha Milk Tea.

This is part of their efforts to promote environmentally friendly practices and reduce the use of plastic disposables.

At the same time, it is also part of the museum’s Packaging Matters exhibition to entice museum-goers to explore further. Definitely killing two birds with one stone!

Word of Advice

Since you will be bringing your own bottle, there are some things to take note:

Bring a bottle with at least 500ml to allow ice cubes and milk tea to coexist together in your bottle.

Also, remember that the ice cubes have to go through the mouth of your bottle, so don’t bring a bottle with a narrow opening!

There won’t be any straws provided as well. Save the usage of plastics, save the Earth. You can still enjoy your milk tea while doing so.
