The KARAKA-men features a pork broth ramen with al dente noodles, topped with ingredients such as pork belly chashu, minced meat with miso paste and other condiments. The tantalising broth is also prepared from a blend of spices that will wow your tastebuds to no end. The ramen is a little spicy, so those who can’t take the heat might have to give this a pass!
