The devil might be working hard but KFC’s marketing team is working harder.
I mean, they have to, since the fast-food behemoth, MacDonald’s Nasi Lemak is still gaining traction.
One of the many food trends in Singapore has to be eating clean, from juice bars to cafes serving up acai bowls popping up every other month.
KFC has managed to leverage on it, just last month before they launched their artery-clogging Double Down Burger, they pulled a fast one on us by revealing a fake burger on social media—Double Steamed Chicken.
Just look at it.
I know what Gordon Ramsay would say.
Don’t worry, their new item isn’t healthy.
I mean, come on, who would want to eat healthy if they go to KFC?
KFC has managed to combine Singapore’s two favourite things, cheese (remember when we all going bonkers over raclette cheese?) and spicy food.
They have created a spicy cheese dip called the Spicy Romano Sauce. On top of that, their crispy chicken is soaked in spicy cheddar marinade.
Hallelujah!
This is sinning on a whole new level.
I mean, fried cheddar cheese chicken plus more cheese? If I’m going to hell after biting into this, I’ll go gladly.
I mean, it sounds great on paper but we have yet to feast on it.
For those who think it might be too spicy, I highly doubt that because the fat from the cheese will probably mellow down the spiciness.
LIFE HACK: Add cheese and milk when making those devilishly spicy Korean noodles. You’re welcome!
Make sure to try it fast because it’s a time-limited offer. Basically, it can be gone anytime.
If you’re planning to go on a binge, why not have a bite at it. You can also continue your cheesy affair with their Cheese Tart for dessert.
Confirm food coma after that.
That or you’re super awake because it’s too spicy.
