If you’ve not tried Monster Curry, these two days would be a good time for you to visit one of their outlets now.
The Singapore-grown F&B chain is growing at an exponential rate, with a total of seven outlets scattered all over Singapore. While they serve a la carte dishes for one, one of their trademarks is their large servings (called combo dishes) that could cater to almost 2 to 4 people—the plates are so big, you’ll wonder how the servers manage to carry them over.
According to their website, the curry sauce, which is another of their trademark, contains up to 14 different spices and requires two days to cook. They come in five different level of spiciness—I’ve only tried the Level 3 “flame” (which is, according to their menu, “very hot”) and it’s pretty bearable.
Now, in conjunction with their 3rd anniversary, they’re having a 1-for-1 promotion from 28 September 2016 to 30 September 2016.
In case you can’t read the post, here’s what it says.

We would like to thank our fans for the fantastic support through this 3 years.
To reward all our fans, we will be running a 3 days “1-For-1 Curry Dish” promotion (All Day)!from 28-30 Sept 2016. Please enjoy this promotion with your friends and loved ones!
Follow us on @monstercurry.sg and https://facebook.com/MonsterCurrySingapore/ for more updates and promotion.
T&C: Offer is available exclude the 5 combo curry dishes, drinks and toppings. Customers need to show us that they are a fans on our Facebook/Instagram.
This promotion is only available at all our 6 standalone store. 313 somerset is excluded.
Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
So, in other words, the bad news is that the combo curry dishes (the one that could serve up to 4 people) isn’t included in the promotion. But the al a carte dishes for one is still valid. Also, do note that the 313@Somerset outlet is not valid for the promotion.
Here’s their menu, and here’s one advice: it’s going to be pretty crowded (the last time I went, it also took a while for the food to arrive), so don’t visit it at 8:00 p.m. when you’ve got to rush for a movie at 9:00 p.m.!
