The Circuit Breaker has different effects on people.
Some, like me, find themselves growing around the waist
Some find themselves growing a whole new career:
While a few, like Edmund Chen, find themselves growing hot bodies:
By the way, don’t be fooled by his picture.
Edmund Chen is a TV star that 90’s kids grew up with and he’s 59 years old right now.
He Did It For His Family & He Did It To Stop?

In his Instagram caption, he wrote:
Here’s a translation of what he wrote:
Everyone in the family is exercising and losing weight. Xiang Yun (his wife) has great results.
His daughter works out on time every day and his son thinks he is lazy, pestering him every day to exercise.
They made a bet to see who would reach (the mythical) 8-packs first.

Well, he didn’t expose his secrets, but if you’re looking for celebrity tips on how to get fit, there’s another hunkle celeb in Singapore:
Zheng Geping
This hunkle here is 56 years old although you probably can’t tell from his photo.
Another 90’s TV star, he successfully transformed himself back in 2011 and he has never looked back since.
In an interview back in Dec 2019, Zheng Geping admitted that he had gone against his doctor’s orders to stop exercising.
His body will break down, he says, but instead of waiting for that day to come “passively”, I’ll do whatever I can right now.
His dream, he had added, is to do a topless shoot (provided he still looks good) at the age of 60.
He has published a book (Star Fitness) which recounts his journey to fitness, loaded with tons of tips and advice non-athletes like you and me can benefit from.
According to him, mindset is something you can’t do without when you start your own fitness journey.
