Punggol Coast Mall to Open in March 2025 with Over 120 Stores
Punggol Coast Mall is set to open progressively from March 2025.
Located in the Punggol Digital District, the open-air mall will feature more than 120 stores, offering a diverse mix of retail, dining, and lifestyle options.
Some of the confirmed dining establishments include popular restaurants such as Astons, Din Tai Fung, and Paradise Hotpot.
Additionally, fast food chains and quick-service cafés such as Starbucks, Jollibee, Sushi-GO, BreadTalk, Burger King, Playmade, and Luckin Coffee will also be present.
For those looking to shop, retail outlets such as Muji, Harvey Norman, and Daiso will be among the mall’s tenants.
There will also be a gym, Amore Fitness, available for those who want to squeeze in a workout, and student care PlayFACTO School, for parents to drop off their little ones.
Based on renderings of the mall, Punggol Coast Mall will adopt an open-air concept, featuring a spacious plaza on Level 1.
Punggol Coast Mall is Linked to Punggol MRT Station and Beside the New SIT Campus
The Punggol Coast MRT station was officially opened on 10 December 2024.
In addition to the mall’s direct link to the newly opened Punggol Coast MRT station, making it highly convenient for commuters, the mall will also be easily accessible to students attending the Singapore Institute of Technology’s (SIT) new Punggol campus.
After all, who wouldn’t enjoy having a mall nearby for lunch breaks or between classes?
Punggol Coast MRT station—and by extension, Punggol Coast Mall—will be just a five-minute walk from the SIT campus.
Punggol Digital District: A New Business Hub in North-East Singapore
Adjacent to Punggol Coast Mall is the Punggol Digital District, a massive new business park set to open progressively in the third quarter of 2024.
According to The Business Times, Punggol Digital District is Singapore’s first smart and sustainable business district.
The development will create an ecosystem for key growth sectors in Singapore’s digital economy, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and robotics, fintech, and smart living.
Tenants will include both private and public sector players, such as UOB, GovTech, the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore, dConstruct Technologies, Delteq, and Wanxiang Singapore.
As part of the district’s plans, Punggol Coast Mall will be complemented by a serviced residence or hotel facing Coney Island, offering additional convenience for visitors and business travellers.
