Ex-SCDF Officer Secretly Filmed Wife Showering & He Himself Didn’t Understand Why He Did That

You know, they say that love between a couple “dies” after many years of marriage.

That’s when a husband and wife normally start treating each other like a regular family member instead of lovers. Naturally, romance and all forms of intimacy go down the drain.

H: “Eh, want to ‘piak piak’ or not?”

W: “Don’t want la, I very tired. Got time help me do household chores la.”

^ What I imagine to be a regular conversation after maybe 5-10 years of marriage.

Anyone, male or female, would probably crave some intimacy after a while.

This next man probably went a little… extreme?

Man Secretly Filmed Wife In The Shower

An SCDF officer (who has since resigned) was reported to have used a pinhole camera to record victims using the bathroom in April last year.

He remains unnamed due to a gag order. Very smart.

Unfortunately, the victims of the bathroom included his sister-in-law.

While the prosecutor claimed that there was premeditation on his part, the man’s lawyer said that the cameras were not bought for this crime, but were for his occupation before joining the SCDF, though said occupation is unrevealed.

He Doesn’t Understand Why He Did It

What?

The accused claimed that he was yearning for some intimacy, as he has not piak-piaked for at least four years after they had a child.

Understandable.

He said this is why he took the videos.

Huh?

It seems that the judge shared all our sentiments, as he said that he does not understand how these intentions justified his actions.

The man then went onto say that he does not understand himself either and did not have a rational explanation for his actions.

What?

Okay, but one thing that seems for sure is that he’s remorseful and has publicly apologised in court.

Sentencing has been adjourned to 8 July 2019, so we shall wait and see.

The man also said that “I still hope to have a chance to rebuild my family,” and “I hope, after serving my sentence, to turn over a new leaf.”

Well, I’m always all for someone turning over a new leaf. For his sake, I hope that’s true and he can find his way back after his term.
