Public transport service providers SBS Transit and SMRT have both recently announced an extension of their bus and train services on 9 February 2024.
Chinese New Year Eve is all about reunion and spending time with your loved ones, so as you celebrate the arrival of the new lunar year with your family, you can cast aside all worries about being unable to catch the last bus home or spending an exorbitant amount of cash on a private hire vehicle.
For those travelling out of home for their reunion dinners, here is a comprehensive guide to the revised bus schedules on CNY Eve, so that you can spend the happy occasion (along with all the yusheng and steamboats you want) with a peace of mind.

In line with the extended rail services, SMRT will also extend the operating hours of the following bus services to around 3AM in the morning of 10 February 2024.
