If you’re an IKEA fan, whether it’s for the food or the furniture, you really can’t miss this.
Starting from now until 31 July 2016, if you spend at least $50 in an IKEA restaurant, you get to offset $50 off your purchase on home furnishing products with a minimum spend of $300.

Yes, that would have meant that you’re essentially getting $50 off! No other conditions at all!
Most of us (or at least for me) would make it a point to dine in Ikea’s restaurant whenever I’m there: not only is the food great and affordable, the way I get to choose your food really reminds of my NS days.
The promotion is pretty simple: spend at least $50 in an IKEA restaurant and keep the receipt. On the same day, when you’re at the checkout for your home furnishing products, show the cashier the receipt and you’ll get $50 off if your purchase is at least $300.
With most of us going to IKEA in a group, it’s not uncommon to spend more than $50 on our meals. If you’re up for something special there, there’s a new fish and chips that you should really try, though it tends to get sold out later in the day.
Check out the menu here. If you’re sick and tired of their meatballs and chicken wings, I would highly recommend the almond butterscotch cake and its evergreen salmon.
Here’re the terms and conditions according to their website:
- Promotion is valid from 2 June to 31 July. Transaction and redemption of discount must strictly be made in the same IKEA store within the same day only.
- To qualify, a minimum spend of $50 must be made for dine-in only at the IKEA restaurant
- All purchases must be made within one single receipt. Combining of receipts is not allowed.
- Discount is valid for the purchase of IKEA home furnishing products, it excludes F&B, gift cards purchase, delivery, installation, assembly charges and sewing services.
- Discount is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
Here’s one bonus: sometimes, after 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m., the food will be sold at a cheaper price (e.g. one chicken wing at $1).
So go hungry and see you there soon!
