As a teenager, Erik was constantly receiving late replies.
“Those damn girls, thinking they’re so pretty. Whatever; once I get married I won’t get late replies. Ever.”
Well, as it turns out, life isn’t quite as straightforward as Erik thought. Although he’s now married with kids, he’s still facing the constant notion of late replies, more often than not committed by culprits he would’ve never thought plausible in his youth.
His own kids.
“Those damn kids, thinking they’re so gorgeous and taking forever to reply to my texts; don’t they know they’re gorgeous because of my genes?”
Irritated beyond measure, Erik then declared that he was going to Kyria for an impromptu road trip.
“I need a breather from you little animals,” he said at the dinner table. “I’m going off to Kyria to avoid late texts for once.”
“Suit yourself,” said his wife. “Just send me the salary check by the usual date.”
“Bye Dad,” said both of his gorgeous kids. They didn’t even look at him.
And so, Erik trekked off to the airport with a heavy heart, distinctly aware that he was an alien in his own household. And then came some breaking news:
There’s now an app that forces kids to reply to messages… ASAP.
And it was at that moment Erik knew.
If nothing works, he’s gonna do it the hard way.
App That Forces Kids To Reply To Messages ASAP
Relating to Erik on more levels than one?
Well, then you might need this lofty app, a ‘genius’ creation that will get you all the texts you want from, well, anyone you’re sick of receiving late replies from.
Titled “ReplyASAP”, this deft app overrides the silent function of phones whenever a message is sent.
Additionally, the alarm goes on until the receiver replies to the message. And while the snooze function is available, chances are… you’re probably gonna get irritated after a while.
“What if he/she just deletes the app? I wouldn’t know, would I?” you ask pertinently.
Well, not to worry. If your kid (presumably the target of your ‘affection’) deletes the app, you’ll be sent a notification by the system.
So yeah, they’re essentially trapped in your little game.
You can watch a little preview of the app down below:

According to AsiaOne, the app was created by a certain Nick Herbert from England, who spent nine whole months crafting his masterpiece to force cajole his son into responding to his text messages… instantly.
Apparently, the engineer’s 13-year-old never returns messages and allegedly keeps his phone on silent mode. Unsurprisingly, he’s said to ignore his father’s call.
The app’s reported to have been downloaded over 75,000 times since its launch in 2017.

And So… What’re You Waiting For?
Whether you have a wayward son who never replies to your texts or a daughter who’s constantly hanging out with her wayward brother who never replies to your texts, I’m telling you;
This app’s a must-have.
Though for the record, ReplyASAP is only available on the Android platform. So to all the Apple users like Erik or Nick…
Tough luck.
To the rest, however, the app’s free to download but contains certain in-app transactions. Whenever you connect to someone, you’ll have to fork out US$1.22 ($1.70). Ten contacts in this vein would cost you around US$8.51.
But hey, if it does work…
It’ll be well worth it.
Though for the sake of your relations, I really hope it strikes a tandem with your child.
And not a nerve.
