There is only one picture I need to show you.
Hmm? You can’t see what’s there you say? Let’s zoom in a little more.
Seafood in a Pan
You saw that right. It’s literal piles and piles of seafood consisting of lobsters, crab, scallops, mussels, salmon, swimming in a pool of laksa goodness.
“O seafood pan, seafood pan, wherefore art thou seafood pan?”
“But what did it cost…?”
Actually, no. It doesn’t cost everything, but only from S$58++ as long as you bring enough stomachs.
You heard that right. As long as you bring enough stomachs.
It’s an all you can eat buffet that not only includes the Seafood Laksa Paella Pan above but also Flower Clams and Black Mussels on ice, Singapore’s Chilli Crab, Claypot Crab Kut Teh, Grilled River Prawns with Sambal Belachan and Sugar Prawns with Curry Mayo and more goodies too long for this paragraph.

And now… the bragging proper…
Seafood on ice
Did I say flower clams and black mussels on ice above? Well, I forgot to mention there’s crab here too. Nothing better than eating a seafood buffet by eating a cold crab as an appetiser.
Just remember to save space because…
Claypot Crab Kut Teh
What? Bak Kut Teh but with crab? If there’s any time you should be trying crazy things like that, it’s in a seafood buffet.
For those wondering if it’s too peppery, relax. This is closer to Cantonese style Bak Kut Teh, full of herby goodness. But of course, you’re not here for the soup.
Tearing off the meat from the shell took little effort, and the spices infused into the juicy crab meat made me think of herbal eggs. Yeah, sounds weird, right? But I assure you this is good.
Singapore Chili Crab and Salted Egg Yolk Crab
Can’t forget the classics right? Why eat at a seafood restaurant when you can have more choices here?
For those looking for a spicier kick, a hotter version of the sauce is by the side for you to drizzle over your serving.
And don’t quote me on this, but the salted egg is now a classic.
Just remember to lick the savoury, salty goodness as your stuffing crab meat into your mouth.
Or soak them up with some fried mantous.
Need more non-seafood stuff?
There’s still more stuff I haven’t intro for seafood, like the Grilled Prawns with Sambal Belachan and Sugar Prawns with Curry Mayo, but hey, we need to have a minority representation here.
Like grilled satays.
Fried chicken with nonya achar.
Cheeseboard with a variety of cheeses.
Soya sauce chicken…
And more stuff I didn’t get to stuff my face or show you here because I didn’t have enough stomachs.
But I know you won’t make that mistake. Especially since there’s a…
Separate stomach for dessert
If the selection isn’t enough to convince you yet, perhaps the plethora of desserts will.
No one needs to know how the space for these opened up when you are already stuffed with crabs. That’s a secret you and I can keep 😉
Or maybe you like a little more tradition to finish off your food, in that case, here are some nonya kuehs.

But hey, maybe you need a little more animation in your food porn.
In that case, here’s the video we did:
So…what’re you waiting for?
Those crab, lobster and prawn shells ain’t gonna peel themselves. Reserve your stomachs people.
