If you’re a big cartoon fan like me, you probably would have been pretty excited to go to all the themed cafes brought about by Kumoya.
I’m talking about the We Bare Bears pop-up cafe, Pusheen pop-up cafe, Snoopy pop-up cafe, and most importantly, the most recent one that we will be able to visit, the Gudetama x Badtz-Maru pop-up cafe!
There Will be a Gudetama x Badtz-Maru Pop-Up Cafe from 30 July to 1 Nov in Bugis
From 30 July 2020 onwards, you would be able to head to Kumoya cafe where Sanrio characters Gudetama and Badtz-Maru will be the main characters of the cafe.

You’ll see them as decorations, as plush toys, and even as your food!
And it’ll also be slightly Singaporean-themed with them shouting Singlish phrases on the designs, like “Sian”, “Ho Lim!” “Let’s nua!” and more.
Who would have thought that two of our favourite Sanrio characters would “speak” Singlish, right?
What Food Is Available?
I’m sure you would be curious as to what food would be available.
After all, you don’t just want a feast for your eyes.
Fret not, because they have a total of five mains, six snacks, four desserts, and six beverages.

Important Things To Note
As a disclaimer, Kumoya has also given a statement that their menu has no pork and no lard.
The food is also prepared by a team of Muslim staff and the ingredients used to prepare the food are all sourced from major Halal distributors and suppliers.
If you would like to dine here, please do note that there may be a time limit of 90 minutes for dining because of the long queues that will be expected at the cafe. Each person is also required to order one food or drink when dining in.
Needless to say, the 5-people-per-group rules apply. Unless Neo came down next month to install an anti-coronavirus next month lah.
