I won’t mince it: There’s is clearly something very wrong with this world.
And no, I’m not Martian, Pluto-nian or Venusian; I’m talking about our very own blue planet.

Two days ago, my colleague, BH, shared the story of a particular familial abuse.
In this story, a father had beat up both his child and wife due to fishballs.
Just yesterday, yours truly delivered another piece of vicious news; a man had sent a kiddo to the hospital bed with broken bones over a video game.

An Argument over Phone’s Password
According to World of Buzz, an incident took place last Saturday, 12 January, in Pandanwangi, East Lombok that would surely give a whole new meaning to ‘heated argument.’
“According to an eyewitness, the couple was spotted at their house in Pandanwangi, East Lombok, last Saturday (January 12th). The victim, Dedi, was in the midst of doing house chores when his wife confronted him about his password. However, upon his refusal to share his secret phrase, the couple then got into a huge argument regarding the distrust,” wrote World of Buzz.
Now, that’s quite common right?
Since marriage is about “what’s mine is yours and vice versa,” arguments over phones, passwords and their contents are surely prevalent sources for a lover’s tiff.
But what took place next really brings this story to a whole new –feverish level.
Ablaze with Anger
Ablaze with anger, eyewitnesses shared that Dedi started hitting his wife.
As the age-old adage “an eye for an eye” goes, Dedi’s wife in retaliation, “took a bottle of fuel and started burning her husband” to which nearby residents “rushed to extinguish the victim who was in flames and later rushed him to the hospital.”
According to World of Buzz, the victim, Dedi, unfortunately passed away on the very same day due to his extensive injuries.
His wife was reportedly arrested by the authorities according to this video.
While the article doesn’t share why Dedi’s wife was so adamant in wanting to check his phone, I’m pretty sure netizens might have an idea or two about why this “distrust” arose.
Nonetheless, when it comes to an argument, please never fight fire with fire, else one would end up being burned literally or not.
