IU will have a concert this weekend, on 20 and 21 April, for her “2024 IU H.E.R. WORLD TOUR CONCERT” in the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

This time, students from the local performing arts studio Maddspace will perform alongside the  singer during the song “Holssi.”

The 13 students, between the ages of 6 and 14, were “handpicked by IU,” according to a press release by Maddspace.

The studio added that these students “have performed, competed, and attained excellent results internationally” and “trained tirelessly” for the past two months.

Maddspace director John Koo said, “Performing opportunities like this give our students the platform to grow and create memories. It will mean so much to them to grace the stage with such a big superstar.”

Here are the students who will be performing with IU.

MADDspace is a Performing Arts Studio in Singapore providing (MADD) Music, Art, Drama, & Dance classes.

About IU

Is it just me, or are you also surprised that IU is now 30 years old?

I used to think she was a little girl.

IU, whose real name is Lee Ji-eun, is a highly acclaimed South Korean singer-songwriter and actress.

Born in 1993, she is known for her versatile musical style, ranging from ballads to jazz-infused tracks, and her exceptional songwriting abilities.

She has won numerous awards, including 21 Melon Music Awards, 16 Gaon Chart Music Awards, and 5 Korean Music Awards.

If you’re anything like me, you’d have known her from Running Man, where she has appeared as a guest numerous times.
