All wristbands for both opening-day shows of Jewel Changi Airport’s Pokémon parade were snapped up on Saturday (7 November). The parade returns to Forest Valley on Sunday (8 November) at 3pm and 6pm, with limited spots for each show.
Fans Watched From Several Floors of Jewel
Jewel said wristbands for both Saturday sessions had been fully distributed, 8world reported. At the first show, the outlet saw about 400 registered visitors in the designated viewing area. Other fans gathered on different floors of Jewel to catch a glimpse of the parade.
The line-up featured all 27 starter Pokémon, the creatures players can choose at the beginning of the video games, from nine generations of the series. Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle were among those that marched through Forest Valley to music, alongside two Pikachu.
The parade is part of the PokéXciting! Asian tour marking Pokémon’s 30th anniversary. The wider celebrations at Changi Airport and Jewel run until 3 January 2027.
How to Get a Wristband for Sunday’s Shows
Each parade lasts about 30 minutes. Entry to the designated standing area is free, and wristbands are handed out on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.
Jewel’s scheduled distribution times are 1pm for the 3pm show and 4pm for the 6pm show. Jewel says wristbands may be handed out earlier if the queue reaches capacity. On Saturday, wristbands for the afternoon show ran out before 1pm, CNA reported.
Each person in the queue can collect one wristband, and the queue closes once all wristbands for that show are taken. Wristbands cannot be transferred or exchanged, and visitors who arrive late for their session may lose their spot.
Once you have a wristband, head to the holding area at Level 1, East Canyon, near Ya Kun Kaya Toast. It opens at 2pm for the first show and 5pm for the second. Jewel’s advisory lists Forest Valley as closed to regular visitors from 1pm to 7pm on Sunday.
