Joining artist Harry Styles and world-famous K-pop group BLACKPINK in a concert-packed 2023 is another K-pop group that many may find familiar, Mamamoo.

Group’s First World Tour

Dubbed MY CON, this tour will be Mamamoo’s first-ever world tour.

During the Asian segment of the tour, the quartet will be visiting Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Manilla and Singapore.

The group will perform at The Star Theatre, located at The Star Vista, on 9 February 2022, starting at 7:30 pm.

The prices of the tickets range from $128 to $288 and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.

It is worth noting that those who have purchased the $288 tickets are entitled to go early and attend a soundcheck held before the start of the concert.

Group Produced Multiple Hits

The group that debuted in 2014 comprises four members, Solar, Wheein, Moonbyul and Hwasa.

They are widely known for the hit songs “Gogobebe” and “Egoistic”, which combined have roughly 200 million views on YouTube.

The members also found individual success during their music career, such as Hwasa’s hit single, Maria, which has over 266 million views on YouTube.

For those who are still not convinced about their popularity, do note that they kicked started their My Con tour with three sold-out concerts in Seoul earlier this month.

Chance To Watch K-pop Group Life

If you are just a K-pop fan in general and missed out on the chance to buy a BLACKPINK ticket, you can try to get a ticket for the MAMAMOO concert.

Earlier this week, the tickets for the BLACKPINK concert, which is happening in May 2023, were sold out within an hour of its release.

Prices for that concert were between $168 to $398, which excludes the booking fee.

Scalpers took to Carousell to resell their tickets, with one even priced at $3,500.

Despite the steep prices of the resale tickets, many people still bought them, with some listings indicating that their tickets were sold at $1000.
