Student Created Own Content Using Four and Nine-Year-Old Cousins
Investigations revealed the suspect had sexually exploited two of his cousins, aged four and nine years old. He recorded these acts using his mobile phone across multiple locations in Selangor, Pahang, and Kelantan.
The recordings took place at the suspect’s family home in Sungai Buloh between 2023 and 2025. Additional footage was allegedly captured at a duck farm toilet in an oil palm estate in Maran, Pahang, where the suspect recorded one of the kids while she was bathing.
Further incidents occurred at the suspect’s grandmother’s house in Kelantan during 2024 and early 2025.
The 5,000 CSAM files and adult pornographic materials on his devices were believed to have been downloaded from the internet.
Multiple Charges Filed Across Different States
The suspect was charged in Johor on 22 May 2025 for possession of child sexual abuse materials and adult pornographic content. He pleaded guilty and paid a fine of RM5,000 (~SGD1,650).
On 19 Jun 2025, he faced additional charges in Klang for the recordings made at his family home in Sungai Buloh.
Three separate investigation papers were opened to examine the cases across the respective state contingents where the offences occurred.
