Half-Naked Man Spotted Blocking Bus While Jogging Dangerously Along Pasir Panjang Road

Jogging is a healthy activity, though it can be life-threatening if you get hit by a vehicle.

One man appears to enjoy tempting fate as he constantly jogs on the road where vehicles ply instead of on footpaths without heavy traffic.

Here is what the man has been up to.

Man Was Seen Jogging on the Road and Blocking a Bus Along Pasir Panjang Road

Earlier this week, Stomp reported that a man was running shirtless on the road along Pasir Panjang Road.

While running topless is not much to raise an eyebrow at, what caused some concern was that the man was running on the road meant for vehicles and not on the footpath.

Due to the man’s antics, the public bus behind him had to slow down in order not to cause an accident.

As the man was blocking the bus’ access to the bus stop, the double-decker bus skipped that bus stop and overtook the jogger instead.

This appears to be the latest in people putting their raw flesh against the hard metal of vehicles and putting their lives on the line when committing dangerous acts on the road.

Earlier this week, a cyclist was seen jumping onto the bonnet of a moving car.

Man Previously Pulled Such Stunts at Other Locations

Apparently, this man is no stranger to flirting with danger by running on the roads meant for vehicles. Stomp reports that it was informed that this man runs “Pasir Panjang Road near the Pasir Panjang MRT station daily”.

Apart from these incidents, the same modus operandi of a shirtless man jogging on the road meant for vehicles has been seen in earlier years.

In 2020, a shirtless jogger was spotted jogging “in the middle of Penjuru Road or AYE” as shared in a post by the Facebook page SG Road Vigilante – SGRV. AYE refers to the Ayer Rajah Expressway.

The video attached to the post showed the man running at a steady pace along the white line dividing the road, which allowed for two-way traffic to pass.

Cars and heavy vehicles such as trucks were seen driving past the man while he jogged on nonchalantly.

Interestingly enough, the man did not use the footpaths which were spotted on the side of the road.

The man appeared to have pulled such stunts before, even running on the AYE, as shared by some netizens in the comments section of the post.
