Nowadays, most people will take matters to the Internet whenever they feel that they have been treated poorly, in hopes that the online community will side with them and track down the ‘bully’.
Well, and yes, most of the time, it does work because those ‘bullies’ are the majority at fault.
But I have no idea what prompted this driver to post up the video of him screaming and yelling at the LTA officer because the LTA officer didn’t allow him to ‘throw rubbish’.

Apparently, the raging guy got issued a parking ticket because he parked illegally. However, he was furious as he only parked illegally to ‘throw rubbish’, and was frustrated that the LTA officer didn’t understand his plight. He then whipped out his phone camera and recorded the whole confrontation process.
During the heated confrontation, the man repeatedly taunted the LTA officer
Man: I am telling you that I stop my vehicle here because I throw rubbish. You take photo now. Okay, I want your name please. I want your name. I want your name. *sings* “I want your name.”
Man: Record it down. I will *mumbled*. Ok? I will see the Prime Minister about this. People cannot stop to throw rubbish? And you want…what is it you are going to say?
LTA officer: *inaudible*
Man:I JUST STOP HERE TO THROW MY RUBBISH.
Sorry lah, bro. Prime Minister too busy attending to state affairs then caring about how you throw your rubbish.
In the video, as the LTA officer tries to calm the man down, the taunting continues and even escalates to rude insults.

Man: Eh, you use your brain lah.
LTA Officer: The vehicle was unattended
Man: I have to get out of my car to throw rubbish, correct or not? You want me to eat my rubbish? People got each rubbish not? You got shit or not? You don’t shit? Eh, you use your head a bit lah. Don’t be bloody ridiculous!
I mean, sure, you can throw as much rubbish as you want, but stopping and scolding an LTA officer for doing his job is plain wrong. Plus, if you really went to throw your rubbish and came back to the car, I’m pretty sure the LTA officer would have closed one eye.
But with you yelling and shouting at him like that, I don’t think this matter will be settled anytime soon.
