Man So Drunk, He Thought He Has Vomited Out His Organs So He Swallowed It Back

As someone who doesn’t drink because I don’t understand the appeals of alcohol (which is what I use as an excuse for I have no money for this shit), looking at drunk people is probably one of the more entertaining experiences.

Take, for example, the image below. It’s probably funny as shit to us, but to them, they are just looking at the darkness inside the cone.

And there’s also that time my friend thought his reflection was his long lost twin and tried to hug the mirror. Doesn’t help that there were other people around and he genuinely looked like a Magikarp helplessly ‘splashing’ while waving his arms around.

Man pukes out 10 cm Tumour

In the case of a man in Huanggang, Hubei, China, he thought that he puked out his organs while making an offering to the porcelain God. Except, well, he actually did puke out something that might be equally terrifying.

A 10 cm long fibroma that was said to look like a forked tongue.

…and then decided to swallow it back because he thought it might actually be a vital organ.

Here’s a description a lil more graphic: After he puked the flesh hung out from his mouth, so he tried to cough it out but an end of the flesh was attached to his throat.

So the only thing he can do in that case would be to chug the thing back in with water.

All went well after surgery

The man, with surname Yu and aged 63, actually had sore throats for the past few weeks, especially after eating harder foods. But it didn’t affect his breathing and swallowing, so it seemed pretty normal so far.

Until the puking of course. So he went to Wuhan University People’s Hospital this time, and doctors found out he had a tumour 15 cm growing in his oesophagus. It was later removed in surgery.

Yeah, it was actually longer in actual size.

Usually, fibromas are generally harmless tumours that can grow on any organ.

But if the fibroma continued to grow, it might have blocked his airway and caused breathing problems.

So in the end, I guess we can say that drinking too much and puking has saved this guy.

Who would’ve guessed?

Don’t Google

The more curious among us will probably be tempted to Google fibroma. I suggest you not and look at happy pictures instead. So here’s a random gif that has nothing to do with the story.
