When we received a media release from McDonald’s PR firm today, everyone went on high alert.
Editor: XiaoBeach73, go buy the new burger immediately. BuffLord95, keep your stomach empty because you’re reviewing it for tomorrow’s #FastFoodFriday. AhBoi94, prepare to take images.
We all sprung into action as our editor printed out the media release and passed it to everyone involved.
Editor: Come on, guys, get to work!
BuffLord95: Erm…are you sure we should review it?
Editor: Of course! We review every new fast-food item, remember?
BuffLord95: Have you read the media release?
Editor: What do you think I am, someone who anyhowly delegate without knowing what’s going on?
BuffLord95: So…we’re reviewing nightwear too?
I’ve never seen my editor looked so flustered before. He immediately grabbed the media release, seemingly mouthing somewhere around the line of “shit did I print the wrong thing or what the nightgown is for my wife” and gave us a relieved look after that.
Editor: McDonald’s…coming out with this!?
McDonald’s Coming Out With Nightwear
Do you know there’s something known as McDelivery Night In?
Well, me neither.
But there is, and there’s even a video made for it.
(I promise you that’s not a preview for a Japanese film)
In any case, to celebrate “great nights” with McDelivery Night In, the fast-food chain has decided to come out with their Loungewear Collection.
And I promise you that it’s real.
It’s so real, the exact time and date for the launch has been confirmed: throw away all your pajamas and get new ones from 7 October 2019 (Monday), 6pm.
The Loungewear Collection, which comes in male or female version, is free size, so don’t bother getting one if you’re one who eats McDonald’s every single day.
To get one of these gems, you simply need to order the McDelivery Night in Bundle, which comprises the Happy Sharing Box B (6-piece nuggets and 4-piece McWings) and one set of the Loungewear Collection.
And if you’re feeling generous and want to be a McDonald’s walking billboard even more, simply use the promo code
The McDelivery Night in Bundle cost $24.90 (excludes delivery fee) and is available after breakfast hours.
And oh, by the way, the reason for McDonald’s Night is this: it’s for us to create “joyful moments together with their McDonald’s favourites in the comfort of their own.”
Sounding more like a Japanese film now.
