To some of us, growing up was not a process that we enjoyed very much for various reasons.
Be it for situations that were just unfavourable as they were, or the people who stir memories of negative emotions and bad experiences.
This case is a good example of that:
On 30 October, a man from Perak was charged for raping his wife and sexually assaulting his three underaged daughters.
Forcefully Sodomised His Wife and Touched his Children
The convicted was identified as a government servant who had previously worked as a driver. He was sentenced for forcefully sodomising his wife for over 104 times over the span of just three months.
On top of this horrific act, it was reported that the suspect had also sexually assaulted his three underaged daughters aged as young as 5, 10, and 12 years old.
According to reports from Sin Chew Daily, the sexual acts committed by the suspect happened in the family’s home in Sungai Siput.
It was said that he had sodomised his wife for up to three times a day! This lasted between March to June.
Reports have also stated that the man had touched his daughters’ breasts and buttocks. This incident happened in the month of May.
It was also after this horrendous act, that his wife decided to bring the case up to the police. He was arrested on 16 October 2019.
Charged With 111 Counts of Sexual Crime
The man was charged for the crime of committing carnal intercourse against concept under section 377C of the Penal Code and section 14 and 14(a) of the 2017 act against sexual offences towards children.
If found guilty, he will be subject of up to 20 years in jail and/or cane.
However, he pleaded not guilty. The judge has set the man’s mention on 28 November.
We cannot 100% ascertain the facts of what happened, but we hope that it won’t go by the justice system.
Whatever the outcome of the case is, we do hope that the children and their mother receive the proper aid so as to allow them to heal from the incident.
