Her post might be a little difficult to understand since it’s a translation. Here’s what happened.

The 44-year-old woman said she’s a mother of three who was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer eight months ago.

Since her diagnosis, she’s been in and out of the hospital for treatment. She’s gone through 16 rounds of chemotherapy and even had her right breast removed.

But that’s not the worst of it.

Sadly, her cancer has spread to her lungs and the doctors have started giving her oxygen and painkillers.

“I know I won’t be here for long ever since I was warded. I’ve even signed a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate)”, she said.

Husband’s suspicious behaviour

Ever since the woman got discharged, she noticed that her husband has been acting strange.

He frequently goes missing at nights and even abandoned her when she was warded; her daughter was the one taking care of her.

After two weeks of this suspicious and neglectful behaviour, she told her husband that she’s fine with him remarrying under two conditions:

1) He tells her who the other woman is

2) He only remarries after she passes away

The husband neither confirmed nor denied these allegations of adultery. The woman suspected that her husband didn’t bother to argue with her because he felt “pity” for her.

But then she found a message on her husband’s phone which confirmed her suspicions.

Husband’s lover was her own sister

My grasp of Malay is not great and even Google Translate is confused, but it seems like the man asked his lover to wear a specific type of dress, and she asked him to delete their chats afterwards.

They also talk about checking into a hotel, and it’s unlikely that it was for a business meeting.

When the woman tried calling the number, it was not reachable. But when she used her daughter’s phone, she managed to get through and was shocked the hear her own sister’s voice on the other end of the line.

She even confirmed it as she could hear her mother talking in the back.

At the end of the woman’s post, she asked netizens for help as to what to do next.

She’s afraid of confronting them because it will destroy her family’s honour as well as her children’s love and respect for their father.

But the man knew what he was doing, though. Does he really deserve their love and respect after this?

Desperate and alone, she even asked God to end her life.

It’s impossible to understand what this woman is going through. Can you imagine having cancer and finding out that the one person you love the most is having an affair with your sister?
