Nestle Singapore announced on 2 Apr 2025 that it will be selling its new Milo Van sachets in stores islandwide, allowing Singaporeans to recreate the beloved Milo van experience at home.
Milo Van Experience Now Available in Sachet Form
The Milo van-dispensed Milo first made its rounds at schools, sports and community events, which attracted long queues. For many Singaporeans, drinking a cup of cold Milo from a Milo van after Sports Day remains a core childhood memory.
Fans have long claimed that there’s something different about the Milo from these vans, with some even chasing that taste well into adulthood. The Milo dispensed from the Milo van has always been thought to taste different from homemade versions, owing to an unusual richness and flavour.

Each pack of the Milo Van drink comes with 12 sachets and will be progressively made available at FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, Giant, Prime Supermarket and other selected stores across Singapore.
To prepare the drink, consumers simply need to mix one sachet with 150ml of cold water and stir. Nestle Singapore also suggests swapping the cold water with milk to make the drink “more milky.”
Milo’s 75th Anniversary Celebration with New Product Launch
This launch coincides with Milo’s 75th anniversary in Singapore.
When news of the Milo Van Sachets appeared on social media on 2 Apr 2025, some commenters initially speculated if it was an April Fool’s Day prank rather than a real product that could be purchased off the shelves.
Alene Ee, business manager for Milo and Ready-To-Drink, Nestle Singapore, said: “Milo has always been an integral part of the Singaporean food and cultural fabric. Queueing for the Milo Van is a universal experience shared by many Singaporeans who have grown up together with Milo and Singapore.”
“As we mark our 75th anniversary, there is no better time to bring Singaporeans their favourite Milo in an all-new sachet format,” Ee added.
The Milo Van Sachets iteration comes after the introduction of the Milo Gao line, which includes Milo Gao Kosong (no added sugar) and Milo Gao Siew Dai (less sugar). Both are formulated and made in Singapore and feature reduced sweetness.
