Lest you’re unaware, an unfortunate accident happened on Sunday morning (5 January) at around 5am.
A 69-year-old woman riding an e-bike was killed, and images online show a red Maserati stopped in the middle of the road, with it facing the direction of traffic.
The incident happened in Cantonment Road near Pinnacle @ Duxton.
It was reported yesterday that the 25-year-old driver of the Maserati was arrested for dangerous driving causing death.
Eyewitnesses had then allegedly claimed that the driver was drunk and slammed into the victim who was crossing the traffic light. They also claimed that soon after, another car ran over the victim and sped off.
Today, a new video emerged and it seems like the eyewitnesses were right.
