NTUC FairPrice will be giving out free snacks and beverages to Muslim customers, and you can get yours at any of the 61 participating outlets islandwide.
Here’s everything you need to know about it, as well as the other events and promotions being put up by NTUC FairPrice this Ramadan and Hari Raya.
NTUC FairPrice Distributing Free Snacks and Drinks to Muslim Customers During Ramadan
From today till 9 April 2024, Muslim customers can look forward to breaking fast with NTUC FairPrice. The supermarket chain will be distributing free snacks and drinks from 61 outlets islandwide during Ramadan.
This is a continuation of NTUC FairPrice’s 16-year tradition of doing so.
To check if there’s a participating outlet near you, click here for the full list of 61 outlets which will be distributing these free snacks and drinks.
You can look forward to snack packs with items like dates, biscuits, and drinks 30 minutes before and after Iftar.
However, do note that the packs are available while stocks last — so, you snooze, you lose.
Hari Raya Block Parties at Bedok North and Bukit Batok on 20 April
That’s not all that NTUC FairPrice is doing for its Muslim customers.
There will also be two Hari Raya Block Parties being held at Bedok North and Bukit Batok on 20 April — and suffice it to say that there’s a lot to look forward to at these block parties.
First, there’ll be over 300 halal bentos being distributed at the block parties.
You can also look forward to several festive games, a photo booth, and food sampling.
And if you spend a minimum of $20 in a single transaction at the FairPrice on Wheels truck, you’ll be entitled to a free henna painting session!
Giveaways, Ramadan Bazaars, Lucky Draws, and Promotions
When it comes to looking out for Singaporeans, NTUC FairPrice is probably one of the best in the game.
Throughout Ramadan, you can also look out for festive packet giveaways, mini-Ramadan Bazaars in your neighbourhoods, and a lucky draw.
To give you a flavour as to what you’re in for, two lucky customers stand to win a BYD ATTO 3 at the Raya Festive Car Draw. You stand a chance to win with every $30 spent in a single receipt!
And, of course, in true NTUC FairPrice fashion, there will be in-store and online promotions. Specifically, there will be discounts on Ramadan and Hari Raya essentials at NTUC FairPrice.
These discounts will last until 17 April — plenty of time for you to stock up on your Ramadan and Hari Raya needs.
You can take a look at all the promotions here.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to support our Muslim customers through our community engagement during this period and remain committed to keeping the season’s essentials within reach for all,” said FairPrice Group CEO Vipul Chawla.
Kudos to NTUC FairPrice.
