The Aliff Aziz saga doesn’t seem to end.
Days after alleged lover Sarah Yasmine’s accusations that they were together, Ruhainies, the Malaysian actress who was detained by the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) on suspicion of khalwat (close proximity) for being spotted with Aliff Aziz, has suddenly spoken out, apologizing to Aliff’s estranged wife, Malaysian actress-singer Bella.
Here’s what happened.
Ruhainies Spoke Out
On 9 March, Ruhainies and Aliff were detained by the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Department (Jawi) in Kuala Lumpur on suspicion of khalwat (close proximity).
In her latest statement, Ruhainies sought reconciliation with Bella, stating her intention to clear the air and move forward.
The apology followed the release of text messages by Sarah Yasmine, Aliff’s alleged lover, on 24 April, implicating an individual named NRF, believed to be Ruhainies since her full name is Nur Ruhainies Farehah Zainul Ilyas, who allegedly disparaged Bella.
Sarah claimed to be Aliff’s girlfriend since January, leading to discussions after she went public on 22 April.
In one message revealed by Sarah, NRF questioned Bella’s decision to disclose the khalwat issue publicly.
In her recent Instagram post, Ruhainies even invited Sarah to join a meeting with Bella to resolve the matter collectively.
After the khalwat incident, Bella once again filed for divorce from Aliff on 11 March, saying it was the best path for them.
However, following the divorce hearing on 4 April, Aliff refused to divorce Bella as he said: “I still love Bella.”
