With all the police violence happening in US in the past few years, people have taken to filming officers as they work, in an effort to both protect members of the public, and to protect the officers themselves.
That’s all well and good (even though the reason for it is not), but not everything requires filming, especially when you’re just gonna make a fool of yourself, like the fella who filmed this clip.
He was getting fined for smoking under shelter, and he apparently thought he was in the right the whole time, as he began filming with his phone. The NEA officer was obviously uncomfortable and requested that he stop, but he refused.

Not a problem there, as it’s technically not wrong to film an officer on duty (as far as I know. Does this extend to NEA officers?).
Unfortunately, the officer is entirely justified in fining the man, which only meant that all his gesturing and acting big are all on camera for everybody to see. He even went towards some other NEA officers nearby to taunt them, filming the entire process.
I can’t tell if this is hilarious or just sad.
I guess the logic of “whoever posts first on the Internet wins” doesn’t apply here.
