For those with young children, worry not that the March holidays are fast approaching! You might not be able to travel out of Singapore for a short getaway with the little ones, but you can still enjoy a Singapoliday.
Sentosa has a new deal for all to enjoy, “[w]hether you’re looking for thrill or chill”. For every paying adult on Sentosa’s most popular attractions, children under 12 years old will be able to enjoy it for free!
This deal is currently ongoing till 31 March 2021.
Seven Sentosa attractions will be participating in this Kids Play Free deal, including:
- Gogreen Segway Eco Adventure
- HeadRock VR
- iFly Singapore
- Madame Tussauds Singapore
- Singapore Cable Car
- SkyPark by AJ Hackett Sentosa
- Royal Albatross
For those confused parents scratching their heads, trying to figure out which attraction is best for you and your children, worry not. We’ve got your back.
1. Gogreen Segway Eco Adventure
Pick your transportation of choice and explore Sentosa on two wheels! The one-hour Gogreen Segway Bike Rentals cost $15. Pedal at a leisurely pace and enjoy the scenery or pick up a map and embark on the more adventurous trails.
If cycling’s not your thing, why not go for a more unique experience? The Gogreen Segway Fun Ride ($21) allows you to zoom around on a segway along the span of beaches. There will be trainers to assist you in learning to manoeuvre the segway so have no fear.
2. HeadRock VR
HeadRock VR is one of Southeast Asia’s biggest virtual reality (VR) theme parks. Out of the 11 attractions, you can choose five different themes and rides when you purchase the Kids Play Free deal ($50).
Do note that children must be above the age of 6 to enter, and the attraction is not suitable for pregnant women, elderly persons or those with epilepsy.
3. iFly Singapore
The iconic iFly Singapore attraction is the world’s largest themed wind tunnel for indoor skydiving! Not only that, the wind tunnel is made of acrylic glass so that you can look out to Siloso Beach and the South China Sea.
Talk about flying with a view.
4. Madame Tussauds Singapore
If wax figurines don’t creep you out, good. Because Madame Tussauds Singapore is also participating in the Kids Play Free deal!
Not only will you get to see life-like figures of your favourite celebrities, but the ticket also comes with the Spirit of Singapore boat ride, Images of Singapore exhibition, the Marvel 4D Cinema and the Ultimate Film Star Experience.
You’ll also get a digital photo souvenir!
5. Singapore Cable Car
The Singapore Cable Car Sky Pass Round Trip ($35) will entitle you to both of the cable car lines, the Mount Faber Line and the Sentosa Line.
Soar high above the skies and get a bird’s eye view of the area as you pass by the jungle, beaches and even through a skyscraper!
The Sentosa Island Bus Tour will also be available for $25. Learn about the transformation and history of Sentosa on this 2-hour bus journey!
6. SkyPark by AJ Hackett Sentosa
Want something more adrenaline-inducing to get your hearts pumping? Check out the SkyPark’s Giant Swing ($59) where you’ll be dropped from a 50m-tall Bungy Tower. There’s also the Skybridge and Paulaner Sundown Deck to enjoy the views of Siloso Beach.
Do note that the minimum height required to ride the attraction is 1.2m.
7. Royal Albatross
Last but not least, the Royal Albatross will allow you to enjoy a delicious meal onboard the cruise ship.
Choose between the Rediscovery Breakfast Cruise ($133.75), the Sunset Sail Dinner Cruise ($208.65) and the City Lights Dinner Cruise ($208.65).
The dinner cruises include a three-course meal and one welcome drink, while the breakfast cruise includes a breakfast set and activities.
Other Deals
In addition, the Sentosa Express and driving into Sentosa will be free of charge till the end of March 2021. Those who frequently use Grab to get around will also be glad to know that they can enjoy $4 off by using the code “SentosaFun” when Grab-ing to Sentosa.
