Someone Called the Cops When a Car is Shaking in a Multi-Storey Carpark

It’s a long-running joke. When a car starts shaking in the middle of nowhere, there are only two possibilities:

  • Your car’s a transformer
  • Someone’s doing the dirty deed inside there

And unless you’re Shia LeBeouf, I highly doubt it’s the former.

Someone Called the Cops When a Car is Shaking in a Multi-Storey Carpark

And it appears that here in sunny Singapore, the latter has occurred.

Though in this case, it certainly seems to have riled up a few feathers due to the fact that the interior could actually be seen.

Yes folks, it wasn’t just the car shaking. You could see the humans dancing inside too.

In a video shared on the My Grandfather’s Road Telegram group, a man draped in nothing but his bare skin could be seen jostling around in a car with another individual – believed to be a woman.

To the average three-year-old’s untrained eye, it was a casual game of WWE: Hell In A Car edition. But to the routine twenty-plus year old’s eye, it was clear for all to see.

In more ways than one.

Anyways, the pair certainly seemed excited, despite the fact that the windscreen was completely transparent.

This means that peaches could be seen all around you, though the image has been censored for the greater good.

The Hyundai Elantra appears to be situated in an undisclosed multi-storey carpark.

No other vehicle could be seen in the vicinity.

However, there were certainly pairs of eyes, as well as digital cameras, focused on the shaking Hyundai.

Police Intervention

Passionate love affairs don’t usually get interrupted by the men in blue.

But then again, passionate love affairs do not always occur out in the open either.

A while after the pair got down and dirty, a police car could be seen arriving at the scene – where two officers alighted to speak to the hot and bothered individuals.

The man, who had politely volunteered to put his shirt back on, was reportedly asked to present his IC.

Meanwhile, another female police officer could be seen gesturing to the other individual.

Offence

According to Lianhe Zaobaothe pair’s ‘activity’ may have violated the law under Section 27A of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act.

Under this section of the law, individuals will be charged if they are caught being naked, while vulnerable to public view.

This means that it’s an offence to be naked even in your own house, if it’s an area that’s exposed to public view.

If found guilty, perpetrators may face a fine of up to $2,000, a prison term of not more than 3 months, or both.

But here’s the thing; the actor and actress may not be the only ones breaking the law.

The staff members of the unofficial video department, in this case, may have also flouted the law.

According to the Films Act, anyone who “makes” obscene films, whether it’s for exhibition, distribution or otherwise, may be punished with a fine of up to $40,000, a prison term of not more than 2 years, or both.

Previous Instances

Though rare, it appears that couples getting caught (doing the dirty deed in cars) are not entirely non-existent.

According to China Press and Harian Metro, one Malaysian couple’s romantic night soon turned awry when they were caught making love in a car by the police.

Panicking, the male driver began to speed away from the officer.

This then turned into a full-blown high-speed car chase, with the officers chasing down the two horny runaways.

And all because they decided to indulge in a passionate night affair.

As they were heading towards the Bagan Ajam Toll Plaza, the driver lost control of the car and crashed into a toll-booth railing, knocking down a motorcyclist in the process.

Their car ended up in a drain filled with water, or a longkang.

The motorcyclist was not as lucky, however, as he broke his foot and had to be sent to the hospital.
