There’re always things that happened that make something popular or unpopular, and some people like to name their children base on these trends. But the problem here is whether one thing is well-liked by others or not—is Justin Bieber considered a popular or unpopular name?

Same as “Olivia”, just different spelling.

Huh?

Someone in childcare came out with this name. She must be too obsessed with her job.

Yew Tee sounds better.
9. Harley Quinn
Is it because Batman v Superman is hot now?
