Videos in The Thirsty Sisters by Sylvia Chan Came Back & Suffered the Same Fate as NOC’s Videos

No one knows what’s going on in the NOC office, but to the public, they appear to have gained some sort of normalcy.

In its caption, they said they just “want to create contents”, and even made a reference to the revelation of the identity of @Sgcickenrice by using the word “bussing”—a word that the admin of the Instagram account uses often.

On Halloween, the main NOC channel dropped a new video after staying radio silent since the saga broke out. Responses have been mixed, with a relatively balanced mix of Likes and Dislikes.

All the comments are extremely supportive and positive, so either people in Singapore are very forgiving or someone is working hard to moderate the comments.

Now, another NOC asset is back.

Videos in The Thirsty Sisters by Sylvia Chan Came Back

The Thirsty Sisters is a YouTube channel by Sylvia and Nina, who’s Ryan’s cousin.

The relatively new channel, which was created last year, is hosted by the two ladies who speak at length about various topics, but they’re usually extremely juicy topics like, erm, answering streaming questions about sex and love.

Titles and thumbnails would usually be extremely attractive, like one whereby they say one of them is dating someone (but of course, it’s not revealed in the video).

According to its YouTube description, the channel is about their “raw and real journey of living our best lives, crying over love/dating struggles and sharing our hardest lessons together.”

Unlike videos in NOC, the videos comprise just the two of them talking, and video lengths can be up to half an hour.

A few days before Xiaxue’s bombshell interview video, all videos from The Thirsty Sisters were made private, and people wondered why.

In the interview, it was revealed that Nina could not take the pressure and therefore, they made all their videos private.

Unlike NOC’s main channel, this channel is very dear to Sylvia as it stars just her (and Nina, of course).

But all of a suddenly, since yesterday (2 November 2021), the videos are back:

Unfortunately, the Likes to Dislikes ratio for its last video is exceedingly unhealthy:

Yes, there are almost three times more Dislikes than Likes.

However, it should be noted that the Dislikes have started to mount even before yesterday.

And in the spin-off episode of the NOC Saga, it appears that @Sgcickenrice isn’t deleted after all: it has now become @baerendang1.

When the name was a national dish, it has well over 60k followers. Now, it has dropped to 54.2k followers.

Guess people really prefer chicken rice than a human being.
