Well, apparently, Amos Yee is not the only one making the headlines now. There’s a hotter and better-looking Amos (opps, sorry Amos, no offence, just using my freedom of speech) that might overshadow Mr Yee and, he is really worth paying attention to.

According to an interview with Amos, the 24-year-old was once a chubby kid and decided to shed off the excess weight in a bid to impress his then-girlfriend. But alas, they soon broke it off but Amos continued to work towards his body goals.

Standing at 1.83m and weighing 80 kg, Amos joined the CLEO’s Most Eligible Bachelor competition because it was good exposure for his portfolio and to help his realize his showbiz dream. 

He only took his body seriously when he was in polytechnic 

In the interview, Amos also mentioned that he only started on physical training in polytechnic. It all started when he auditioned for a place for the canoeing team. As his muscles started to ache after the trial, it prompted him to work even harder and to become even fitter.

He then rose up to become the next caption of his school’s canoeing team.

He doesn’t stick to any strict diet for his bodybuilding regime

Of course, a lot of hard work is spent into maintaining such as impressive physic. Amos goes to the gym three to five times a week, and spends around one to two hours there each time.

However, he also commented that there isn’t any food that he doesn’t eat, just that he tries not to eat fried food all the time. 

When asked what he wants to achieve from now on, Amos hopes that he can put a smile on people’s faces in real life – and in his career.
