In comes EB Bands’ Cell Lock-Up, a small cage that holds up to six smartphones. The function is simple: lock all smartphones in the cage and set a timer. For that period, you can’t retrieve them as any “break-in” will cause an alarm to sound.
I guess you won’t want to sound the alarm in the middle of a crowded restaurant, eh?
This ingenious device works because you’re being forced not to use your phone—something that, I believe, needs to be forced in order to be enforced.
