Nowadays, if you drive recklessly, you’re bound to end up in social media.
Just ask this Lamborghini driver who overtook a car so dangerously that it shocked not just the driver, but the passengers as well.
Uploaded less than 24 hours ago by Roads.sg, the video has garnered over 100K views and over 1,300 Shares.
Now, given the speed of the Lamborghini, it might seem difficult to track down the plate number, but the Internet being the Internet, they’ve somehow managed to find number.
Apparently, you can run from the Internet, but you can never hide from it.
According to the figures by LTA, the number of Lamborghinis registered from 2005 to 2015 is only 395. In last year, only 20 Lamborghinis were registered.
But let’s look a tthe Internet instead: someone managed to CSI out the plate number. No one knows whether it’s the correct car or not, though.
And another person thinks that the speed camera near NUH / NUS would have caught the Lamborghini speeding.
But…then again, here’s why we should never trust the Internet fully: someone also gave a good argument. Just imagine you’re going at 110 kmh in the right lane, and someone just cut you in. You change lane immediately only to see slow-moving car in front of you—your only reaction is to swerve back to the lane that you’re sure is empty.
While most people condemned the Lamborghini driver’s behaviour, here’s one takeaway from this incident: when you’re driving at night with good traffic, stay very alert.
And don’t judge someone through the Internet.
