We previously wrote that they’ll be opening an outlet here in Singapore.
Previously, Tiger Sugar Singapore gave a huge teaser to Singaporeans without revealing where exactly they’re going to open their first outlet.
They only mentioned that it’ll be at the City Hall area.
If you’re like my colleague who loves bubble tea so much she can don’t shower for a month just to have it every day, you’ll be impatient to hear where exactly their shop will be opened at.
Their First Outlet Will Be At…*Drumroll Please*…Capitol Piazza
Mr Trevor Fong, managing director of parent brand Clover Lifestyle, revealed that their flagship store will be located at Capitol Piazza.
However, there isn’t any specific date for the launch of the outlet yet. He’s still trying to settle the shipment details of ingredients and materials from Taiwan and Europe.
Taiwanese Staff, Prices & Upcoming Plans
Taiwan is famed for their warm hospitality and Tiger Sugar Singapore is looking to bring that vibe into its store.
Taiwanese service staff will be brought all the way to Singapore to “retain the authenticity of the brand and its service attitude”.
The drinks will be priced between $3 and $5.
For those who’re hoping that Tiger Sugar isn’t going to just keep itself to the city, don’t worry.
Tiger Sugar Singapore plans to open ten more outlets on our sunny island. And they’re not discounting setting up shop in the heartlands.
Please open up one store in Bukit Batok. If you do that, my colleague @notzhihao will steal the boss’s card and buy at least 10 cups a day.
Tiger Sugar Bubble Tea
If you’re familiar with food pictures on Instagram, you’d definitely have seen some pictures of their IG-worthy drinks on the platform.
Instagram-worthy, no?
In fact, this Taiwan bubble tea shop is so popular that at their Taiwan and Hong Kong outlets, you’d have to queue for a minimum of an hour to get the drink.

Their Tiger Sugar Boba Fresh Milk is unique in the sense that the brown sugar pearls are served slightly warm, keeping them soft and chewy.
And the warm pearls give an interesting contrast to the cold milk. If you haven’t guessed, the “tiger stripes” you see on their drinks are brown sugar syrup mixed into fresh, cold milk.
And news flash, they’re hiring as well for their flagship outlet.
So if your dream is to work at a world-renowned bubble tea shop, this is the place you need to be at.
