Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
This Facebook user, Noor Nazera, encountered this disgusting burger at a Malay stall in Hougang Interchange. According to her Facebook posts, her father-in-law bought 4 burgers, 6 curry puffs, 1 packet of Nasi Lemak and 1 packet of pickled food for their family.
Upon opening one of the pre-packaged burgers to add cheese for her son, she saw the little wriggling buggers. What a shock that must’ve been!
The lady has already made a complaint to NEA about this. In the meantime, I’d highly recommend avoiding this place, even if you’re desperately hungry.
Although I imagine Bear Grylls to say something like, “It’s great for proteins,” if he was the one who discovered this.
