Yesterday, it was pop queen Christina Aguilera’s birthday. Normally, if it is a celebrity birthday, that topic would be trending.
Instead, thanks to Wang Leehom’s alleged history with multiple women and his wife’s “tell-all” Instagram post, Wang was trending.
And the story, of course, doesn’t end there.
At Least 5 Brands Parted Way with Wang Leehom; Even Jay Chou has Unfollowed Him on IG
Unless you live in a cave, you’d know that Wang has many endorsements; you’d see him even when you’re in the MRT train minding your own business.
But that’s going to end soon.
Two hours after Li posted the “tell-all” essay, Japanese auto brand, INFINITI, announced that they will terminate the cooperative relationship with Wang. Their business agreement only lasted for…two days.
Following the announcement, Readboy, an educational technology company, also announced the termination of Wang and their cooperative relationship on 18 Dec 2021, 7 am.
Yup, they were that specific.
At around 9.53 am, Chow Tai Seng Jewellery Co also mentioned that they will not be renewing their contract with Wang. Wang’s cooperative agreement with them expired on 30 Nov 2021.
Hong Kong-based Green Monday, which supplies products such as plant-based meat maker Beyond Meat across Asia, joins in the termination as well. They mentioned that their business cooperation with Wang will be terminated from Saturday.
This includes the two brands under it, Green Common and OMNI.
The Chinese netizens were encouraging such termination, saying they would support the brands which terminated the contracts with him.
Jay Chou Unfollowed Him
Aside from brands cutting ties with him, Jay Chou also unfollowed Wang on Instagram shortly after Li posted her “tell-all” essay.
Maybe Chou is doing this to tell the world he will not be part of the “unholy boy band” which includes R-chord, Show Lo and now Wang.
Wang is still following Jay Chou despite Chou unfollowing him.

China’s Blacklist List
In November, China’s top internet regulator said it will establish a negative list to prevent celebrity-related content from distorted values.
In short, if you are a celebrity working in China and you did bad things like tax evasion, vulgar scandals, abnormal aesthetics, have any unethical or illegal records, you’ll be blacklisted.
Wang who is now rumoured to have cheated on his wife with multiple women including other celebrities, staff members, and even prostitutes, so I bet all my boss’ non-existent assets that he may soon be blacklisted at the rate this scandal is moving.
So, where’s Wang now?
Wang Leehom at the Airport
After the expose, Wang was spotted in black at the Beijing Capital airport. He was wearing a mask as well.
Wang even waved to the cameras and fans at the airport as if it was just another Saturday. He, of course, did not respond to the media.
