Here’s what you have to do: fill a bottle with vinegar and water in a 1:5 ratio and make two small holes on the body of the bottle. Once you have done that, place the bottle into the toilet cistern. 

The purpose of doing this is to allow the vinegar mixture to be released into the toilet whenever it is flushed.
