Yoga studio chain Yoga Inc has shut its last two Singapore outlets, with some students and instructors saying they were not informed before the closures.
The outlets at SAFRA Punggol and Our Tampines Hub closed with immediate effect on 18 September 2026, according to reports by Mothership and The Straits Times.
The closure left some customers with unused class packages and raised questions over payments owed to instructors.
Students And Instructors Allegedly Found Out Through Closure Notices
Some students told Mothership that they were unable to attend scheduled classes after receiving cancellation notices.
Several instructors also said they were informed about the closures only on the day the outlets stopped operations.
Some teachers said they were concerned about outstanding payments, while customers sought answers about what would happen to remaining credits from purchased packages.
The Straits Times reported that some customers had approached Yoga Inc for clarification on unused classes and refunds, but did not receive a response at the time of reporting.
Yoga Inc Had Operated Multiple Singapore Studios
Yoga Inc was a Singapore yoga studio chain that offered group classes and programmes at different locations.
Before the closures, the company operated outlets at SAFRA Punggol and Our Tampines Hub, which were its remaining two locations.
The closures mean Yoga Inc no longer has physical studio locations operating in Singapore.
Customers May Need To Seek Clarification On Unused Packages
For consumers affected by business closures, the main concerns typically involve prepaid packages, membership credits and outstanding services that have not been fulfilled.
Affected Yoga Inc customers have reportedly been seeking information about whether unused classes would be refunded or otherwise compensated.
The company had not publicly provided details on arrangements for affected customers at the time of reporting.
