A word of caution for those who are staying away from sugary treats, this post might trigger you.

Let me introduce to you, Matt Adlard aka the Topless Baker on the Internet.

It goes without saying why he calls himself the Topless Baker—he is (sort of) topless and he is a baker, duh!

Born and bred in England, this 26-year-old British heartthrob is a food-blogger, whipping up tasty treats, from melt-in-your-mouth cookies to decadent cakes that will have you foaming at the mouth.

After starting a YouTube account in 2015, where he posts easy-to-follow baking videos, he started receiving lots of attention but it wasn’t for his baking, though I am pretty sure his baked goods are as tasty as him.

He would wear nothing but an apron (that barely covers anything) in the videos, and oh my, how the Internet has been smitten.

With over 230k subscribers on YouTube and 155k followers on Instagram, this English lad is definitely everyone’s cup of tea—the guys want to be him and the ladies want to be with him.

With a former Michelin star chef as his father, one would assume that he was born with the gift of baking.

But that wasn’t the case.

In an interview, he mentioned that before coming up with the idea to bake (almost) shirtless, he failed many a time and his father was his go-to person whenever he needed advice.

The rest was history!
