Katherine Quek, BreakdTalk’s Finance Director came up with the idea of their bestselling buns. There is reportedly one sold every 10 seconds worldwide.

Secret Egg Cream Sauce Recipe
Ever wondered why every bite into their Flosss buns has a rich creamy taste? It’s because every bun is first slit opened in the middle and lathered with butter on the inside. The exterior of the bun is then coated with their secret egg cream sauce for the meat floss to adhere to.

New Flosss Buns Flavours in July and August
This is done as part of their anniversary celebration.

Their International Headquarters Cost $67M to Build
It is located at Paya Lebar and contains its office, warehouse, central kitchen, R&D facilities as well as lifestyle and F&B shops.
