It’s a cool feature but can be pretty dangerous too. Turning on Wi-Fi assist enables the phone to use your cellular data if your Wi-Fi signal is low. So that means you won’t have to wait so long for your video to buffer but that also means your bills will go up if you have a limited data plan.
Shortcut from homepage
To make things easier, you can just select what you want to do in the app from the homepage shortcut. So if you want to use your camera for a selfie, just make use of the 3D touch and tap on the app for some time. The widgets should appear as above and you can access the app more conveniently.
Peek into emails, messages
Sometimes we don’t really want to wait for the email to load, or don’t really want to waste time opening unnecessary messages. So using the 3D touch, you can make use of the peek and pop system to check on your messages or emails without really opening them.
Hide secret photos
It’s a very useful feature for those of us who want to hide photos from other people; especially girls who want to hide the pictures of the boyfriend from their parents. While you can hide the pictures, it will not be hidden if you show your pictures under Collections.
Draw in your notepad
